Mandarin Man to Speak

Herb Drill, of Mandarin, will be a panelist at the sixth annual World Congress on Disabilities, to be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Dec. 1-3.  Sponsored by Exceptional Parent Magazine, CPE credits will be available on dozens of seminars.  Keynote addresses and other presentations will be offered, plus an extensive exhibit of disability-related products and services.

A former newspaper feature writer and editor, Mr. Drill is the writer/editor of Jacksonville-based www.NotAccessible.com and president of Able Me & Associates. He was asked to form a panel to discuss general media coverage of the disabled community and invited: Josh Prager, investigative reporter with The Wall Street Journal; Prof. Beth Haller, of Towson (Md.) University; Art Carey, fitness columnist, Philadelphia Inquirer, and Carol Sowell, editor, Quest magazine (Muscular Dystrophy Association).
